Through this undivided attention and hard work, Hontek has become a worldwide leader in erosion protection technologies. Based on its expertise in wind energy, Hontek has developed and manufactured anti-erosion coatings for the leading edge of wind turbine blades : HONTEK LEP 220 and HONTEK LEP 220H.
In 2024, HONTEK chose SOCOMORE to partner with and thanks to a technology license agreement, leveraged each company’s expertise to support the wind industry challenges with their Leading Edge Protection solution.
